Winter: With the darkness and the fresh air follow soon the winter gradually. And when the snow arrives and it lay down on the ground like a white blanket of snow. Everything that has been grey and filthy becomes white and clean. And the snow shines in the dark, like every lamp in people’s houses and when the weather allow us to take a refreshing walk out in the beautiful winter landscape. The Santa Claus is coming for Christmas with Christmas peace and presents. Here is the right place to experience a really white Christmas in peace and quiet. Here in the north we often se northern lights playing in the sky.
Spring: This time of the year the sun begins to warm and people and animals gets new hope and new strength. And we are taking out the scooter and our fishing gear, as fur pelt of raindeer and skis. Now it is marching off every single day out into the forest, too again experience that wonderful spring. Here stand the scooter ready at the corner of the house and the fishes are waiting for the bite in the lakes under depth in metres of ice. The kids are going toboggan, one part are fishing while some of us are just lying on fur pelt of raindeer and enjoy the sun.
Summer: The snow is slowly melting away and fills the ditch, brook and lakes with melt water. Some people take out there canoe while torrent of water allows paddling down swiftly-flowing water in the brook that is big and very inviting. Other are going to there old country estate in a dormant forest that stands uninhabited during the winter. And walking also starts now in to the woods and land, and outing with packed lunch at some campfire. The bird life is rich here in the early summer, and out in the peat now again the machine start spinning around in the fields. And now when the melt water has run away begin the fishing in the rivers take place and it gives you a thrill in a form as expectation of a big catch. Some days you don’t do anything, just sitting around and watching out over the sea and fascinate of the calm and peacefulness it bring. It is bright both day and night, which make that we can stay out round the clock if we have the energy to it.
Autumn: The leaves are coloured yellow, orange in all different colours. The air is high and clear, the mornings are cold and the days are pleasant and mild. Cloudberry, blueberry and lingonberries we ulilize and pick them. Now there are waiting some weeks of life in the wood, hare hunting, bird hunting and also moose hunting. Urly in the morning they leave to catch the big bull and when the sun just has risen they go further in to the forest there spider’s web establish the most fantastic pattern in the dawn light. They sit there while autumn goes on and the leaves are falling in waiting for the winter.
